Fearless iZLER!
The boys are being aired! Catch iZLER on Fearless TV Season 4 Episode 5 on November 5th (check listings – it may be November 7th in some areas). If you’re in NYC, the show will be shown on Channel 35, Time Warner Cable at 8.30pm. Check www.fearlessmusic.tv for more details. This episode also includes Longwave and the Redwalls. More Movie News!
Continuing down the film path, iZLER has landed a song in “This Revolution”, a new movie starring Nathan Crooker, Rosario Dawson (Sin City, Alexander) and Amy Redford (yep.. Daughter of Robert). The song entitled “Me Tarzan You Jane” is an instrumental originally written for another movie, but when star of the film Nathan Crooker heard it, he requisitioned it for “Revolution”. During the filming, Rosario Dawson and director Stephen Marshall were arrested when they were mistaken for real protesters at an anti Bush rally in New York. And yes... It’s all in the final film (well worth the price of admission). iZLER "INTO THE AIR"
iZLER has just completed music for an exciting new movie project titled “Into the Air”. The movie is a documentary about the adventures of several Kite Boarding enthusiasts in Puerto Rico. The film fits roughly into the mould of 2003’s Step Into Liquid (which we highly recommend!). For more details go to Cineforce Films. As soon as we have the release date, you’ll know about it.

Filming In NYC
We're in the studio writing and demoing new material. In the meantime though, we are coming to New York City next week to perform three songs on Fearless TV. The show is syndicated on Warner Cable in the states - not sure whether it's going to be available in the UK and Europe, but we will let you know when we find out. You may be hearing a new song or two if you tune in... Oh yes. We'll let you know when we get the actual air date so you can set yer VCR Mother. While in NY, the band are also going to be shooting some pics and video footage with photographer Josh Victor Rothstein.

iZLER California Summer
What’s happening folks!
It’s a beautiful hot Californian summer and iZLER is coming out to PLAAAAAAY!
We’re kicking off August with two LA shows (expect more dates to be added soon), before we get on the iZLER jet (er yuh..) and head over to the East Coast. More details about that to come, but for now, here’s our August LA dates.
This summer, iZLER is – NEW, IMPROVED, Louder, wiryer, nastier and sweeter with added tartar control. Expect new songs, new merch and new haircuts (on some of us...). All dreams will be fulfilled or yer money back (well, we might buy you a Corona and then throw ya in the street). Spread the word luvvy’s, the party’s started. On yer bike.

"Superblind" Back By Popular Demand

Due to there simply not being enough inches on a CD to cram in any more iZLER music of such (ahem) stature, the song didn’t make the album. BUT... DAIMM! So, two weeks into our residency at the Lava Lounge, and we can't move for new fans! I have to send a big shout on behalf of the band out to all 'you who have been packing out that beautiful little club in Hollywood and making so much noise for us. It's just been amazing. Also, many many thanx to those who came out and bought the album at the shows. And if you ain't one of the above, SHAME ON YOU@!@£!$!!!! hee heee! (is my ego talking??? What the...)
Still, one week left to redeem yourselves yuuuuurrrh!!! This Saturday (the 19th of March), 9.30 at the Lava Lounge on LaBrea (see the gig page for details), 21+ and admission is a mere $5. YEAH!
Another year and wer'e all around to tell the tale. Nice to know that with all the lunacy besetting the world right now, some of us are lucky enough to be able to get on with our lives and enjoy good music. So with that in mind...
I want to REALLY thank all you guys for supporting me this past year and welcome you to a nice, iZLER infested 2005. I know loads of you are scattered all around the globe and have been asking for ages now WHEN the hell I'm going to make it over to your neck of the woods and PLAY SOME F@£$ING SHOWS ALREADY?!?!?!?!!!!
I know, I know... Things are a little tricky when you're a little indie operation like we are and haven’t quite the bags of cash needed to travel to New Zealand, France, Chile, Australia, England and all the other good places you people are writing from. …YET.
HOWEVER... there is something you can do.
If you make it your mission to SPREAD THE WORD about iZLER this year, hassle your local paper, radio station, venue, start a local street team, get the album played in your local bar, anything else your twisted mind can think up, etceteraaaaaaa.... I will make it my mission to get out to everywhere you guys are this year and play as many shows as possible.
This year, expect some new music, video clips, interviews, freebies and I don’t know what else. Oh, and PLEASE PLEASE let the good web guys at iZLER.COM know what you want to see and hear on the site this year. If they can’t make it happen for you, I shall have them flogged. Thank you.
